So last night I got back on track with my workouts. I took a little hiatus over Superbowl weekend but now I am back and focused on the results.
Last night I did the Yoga workout. This workout had me stretching in some very unique ways. But I got though it and ready to tackle arm's and shoulder's tonight.
Seriously brah, you need to keep with it. Hit the gym too brah. Wednesday nights!
